Further Information:
Consultation and assessment are ways in which we can establish collaboratively whether psychotherapy is the right treatment for your current needs.
Prior to starting psychotherapy, we will discuss and come to a shared agreement about how often and for how long we will work together. If agreed upon, I will then offer you regular psychotherapy appointments of 50 minutes duration.
These sessions are scheduled at a frequency of once to three times weekly.
Short-term work is usually completed within a period of 6-18 sessions. Long-term psychotherapy varies in the amount of time required, usually taking in excess of a year.
COVID related: Appointments are currently held online with in person appointments subject to availability and personal circumstance.
Please contact me by phone or email to arrange a preliminary consultation or to request information about appointment times, fees or related matters.
